Emporium100 offers an exclusive and personal route into racehorse ownership.

With just 100 shares available, you’ll become part of a close‑knit group of around 40–50 passionate owners.

Every member is guaranteed a place at all stable visits and has direct communication with their Racing Manager, Harry Easterby, through a dedicated WhatsApp group shared by all owners.

With fewer owners involved in this style of syndicate, shareholders typically receive multiple owners’ and trainers’ tickets to the races throughout the season—often without the need for a ballot.

Each syndicate runs through a set term, at which point all prize money and proceeds earned by the horse are distributed to owners in proportion to their shareholding. This is also the stage where owners can choose to sell their percentage.

If a purchase offer for the horse is received during the syndicate term, a vote will be held among the owners to decide collectively whether to accept the offer or retain the horse.

The monthly cost of £50 per percentage covers all expenses, including the purchase of the horse, training, veterinary care, transport, registrations, and administration, meaning there are no hidden costs or additional invoices throughout the syndicate’s duration.

How is my share payment broken down?

This share will run as a subscription service meaning that each 1% share will be priced at £50 per month to be paid on 1st of each month by direct debit.

There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The capital cost for Bated Breath X Oksana Astankova including commission, transport and vetting, is £10.50 per share. The capital risk is £2.50 per share. Our current management fee is set at £10.50 per share. The all-inclusive racing/training cost is set at £9 per share. The cost for mortality insurance is £2.50 per share. The Cottam Grange Rehabilitation contribution is £5 per share. The VAT is £10.00 per share. *All fees based on estimated cost excluding the capital risk. No extra cost will be incurred by the customer. This is based on a 1% share.

1- All shares are sold on a first come, first served basis.
2- No additional payments will be requested in relation to the horse during the prescribed syndicate period, regardless of any costs incurred by The Racing Emporium.
3- Race prize money won by the horse or proceeds from the sale of the horse are divided equally in accordance with the number of shares owned.
4- All owners will receive a monthly email keeping them updated on the progress of our horses.
5- All owners will be posted a share certificate within approximately 3-5 days of purchasing a share.
6- Stable visits will be available from November 2025, which are free for an owner to attend.
7- The Racing Emporium is a Ltd business.
8- Shares can only be registered to an individual aged 18 or over. A share can NOT be registered in the name of more than one individual..

This syndicate lasts until 1st November 2026. At the end of the syndicate period, you can choose to renew for a further term or we will attempt to sell your share for you. There really is no obligation whatsoever after the initial fee. This syndicate is divided into 100 1% shares and each share costs £50 per month (including VAT). There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The syndicate is subject to the usual ‘The Racing Emporium’ terms and conditions. The current maximum number of shares that can be purchased by one person is 10.
