Any winnings your horse takes will be paid out in line with the percentage of your share.

How is my share payment broken down?

The share price is £45.00. There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The capital cost for Desert Dream including commission, transport and vetting, is £13.755 per share. The capital risk is £3.125 per share. Our current management fee is set at £11.12 per share. The all-inclusive racing/training cost is set at £5 per share. The cost for mortality insurance is £2 per share. The Cottam Grange Rehabilitation contribution is £1 per share. The VAT is £9 per share. *All fees based on estimated cost excluding the capital risk. No extra cost will be incurred by the customer.

1- All shares are sold on a first come, first served basis.
2- No additional payments will be requested in relation to the horse during the prescribed syndicate period, regardless of any costs incurred by The Racing Emporium.
3- Race prize money won by the horse or proceeds from the sale of the horse are divided equally in accordance with the number of shares owned.
4- All owners will receive a monthly email keeping them updated on the progress of our horses.
5- All owners will be posted a share certificate within approximately 3-5 days of purchasing a share (unless it is a renewal).
6- Stable visits will be available, which are free for an owner to attend, and you will be notified when dates become available.
7- The Racing Emporium is a Ltd business.
8- Shares can only be registered to an individual aged 18 or over. A share can NOT be registered in the name of more than one individual..

This syndicate lasts until the 1st April 2026. At the end of the syndicate period, you can choose to renew for a further term or we will attempt to sell your share for you. There really is no obligation whatsoever after the initial fee. This syndicate is divided into 2800 available of 4000 shares and each share costs £45 (including VAT). There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The syndicate is subject to the usual ‘The Racing Emporium’ terms and conditions. The current maximum number of shares that can be purchased by one person is 10.
