Toosexyformysocks was born the 8th of April 2022 at The National Stud, Newmarket. She is a very good walking filly who’s the type to turn heads as she walks around the parade ring. She is a bay colour with four white socks and a white blaze down her face. She is by the stallion, Rajasinghe. Rajasinghe, was successful on the racecourse winning on debut at Newcastle before going on to win the Group 2 Coventry Stakes at Royal Ascot in the June of 2017. He has been very successful in his short career at stud, with 65% of his offsprings ending up in the winners' enclosure! Her dam, Ambriel, is by the stallion, Dark Angel, is a prolific Damsire. Producing horses such as Havana Grey, Toronado Phantom, Rumble Inthejungle and Fivethousandtoone. She was also a winner over 7 furlongs as a two-year-old having a handicap rating of 78. Ambriel is a successful Damsire, she has bred three horses so far in her career as a broodmare, two of them being multiple winners. Eloquent Arthur and Rebel Angel have got 9 wins between them, Lucky Ambriel has only run once so far. Raja is a filly with the breeding to be successful on the racecourse. She is in training with Nigel Tinkler, Nigel is a trainer we have had lots of fun with in the past and with his fine record in the training ranks. “Raja is a sweet filly who shows plenty of potential, I like her stallion Rajasinghe. How is my share payment broken down?

The share price is £49. There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The capital cost for Toosexyformysocks including commission, transport, and vetting is £12.25 per share. The capital risk is £2.50 per share. Our current management fee is set at £14.45 per share. The all-inclusive racing/training cost is set at £7 per share. The cost for mortality insurance is £2 per share. The Cottam Grange Rehabilitation contribution is £1 per share. The VAT is £9.80 per share. *All fees based on estimated cost excluding the capital risk. No extra cost will be incurred by the customer.

1- All shares are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
2- No additional payments will be requested in relation to the horse during the prescribed syndicate period, regardless of any costs incurred by The Racing Emporium.
3- Race prize money won by the horse or proceeds from the sale of the horse are divided equally in accordance with the number of shares owned.
4- All owners will receive a monthly email keeping them updated on the progress of our horses.
5- All owners will be posted a share certificate within approximately 3-5 days of purchasing a share.
6- Stable visits will be available and can be booked via an online booking form, which is free for an owner to attend.
7- The Racing Emporium is a Ltd business.
8- Shares can only be registered to an individual aged 18 or over. A share can NOT be registered in the name of more than one individual.

This syndicate lasts until 1st March 2025. At the end of the syndicate period, you can choose to renew for a further term or we will attempt to sell your share for you. There really is no obligation whatsoever after the initial fee. This syndicate is divided into 4,000 shares and each share costs £49 (including VAT). There will be nothing extra to pay, no matter what costs are incurred during the syndicate period. The syndicate is subject to the usual ‘The Racing Emporium’ terms and conditions. The current maximum number of shares that can be purchased by one person is 10.
